Hampshire Company, the world leader in universal touch screen controller electronics and software, has announced the release of their latest Windows® CE Net 4.2 and 5.0 driver(s) which support RS-232, PS/2 and USB communications for all Hampshire® TSHARC™ analog resistive and capacitive controller products. Driver revision: 1.16
This new driver may be used with any of Hampshire’s touch screen controller board or chip solutions in conjunction with any 4, 5, or 8-wire analog resistive or capacitive touch screen regardless of manufacturer or construction.

- Added capacitive touch screen support for Hampshire capacitive controller solutions.
- Updated Support for Microsoft’s Win CE Net 4.2 and 5.0 Operating systems
- Updated calibration utilities
- De-bounce calibration target selection utility. (produces a more accurate calibration)
- Accept and quit calibration buttons
- Automatic restores a previous good calibration when if “Accept” button is not touched.
- Win CE 4.2 Auto-Installer
- Enabled Hampshire’s proprietary timed Right Click event
- Supports all Microsoft™ Win CE supported CPUs
- “- Kick” registry command to enable you to reload the registry when needed.
- Private labeling option now available for strategic partner customers.
