Hampshire Universal Touch Screen Controller News DOS driver Released 4-5-05
Hampshire Company, a world leader in Universal Touch Screen controller electronics and software, has released their latest TSHARC™, RS-232 serial and PS/2 DOS driver rev. 5.04 to be used with all TSHARC touch screen controller board and chip solutions which may be used in conjunction with any 4, 5, or 8 wire analog resistive touch screen regardless of manufacturer or construction.
The new driver contains a GUI for easy configuration of Hampshire proprietary 4 and 20 point calibration routines as well as display resolution, touch modes and sound. This driver is also available for “Bridging” between other manufacturers, non-universal controllers to the Hampshire TSHARC products.

Note: In accordance with Hampshire commitment to the touch screen industry, the TSHARC DOS driver rev 5.04 was entirely developed and written in-house by Hampshire Company engineers exclusively for Hampshire’s TSHARC touch screen controller customers. It may only be used to enable an authentic TSHARC controller and may not be used to enable any 3rd party touch screen controllers without written permission from Hampshire Company, Inc.
